Code of Ethics

At PMBS we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients at all times, to include ensuring maximum reimbursement on all claims submissions, reasonable rates, effective communication, and prompt services tailored to fit the individual need of each client.

Because we recognize our responsibility to ensure that all claim submissions are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, we will work closely with our clients to ensure that all claims submissions are accurately coded based on medical record documentation.

All medical records obtained for the purpose of billing, as well as any other patient information, will remain strictly confidential by PMBS and our staff in accordance with the HIPAA Privacy Standards and our own formal HIPAA Compliance Program.
